Shipping Policy
We offer shipping on all orders within the Costa Blanca area, Spain.
Delivery timescales are applied after the processing time.
Please allow up to 6 weeks from placing your order to delivery. Most orders are completed quicker than this however, orders of multiple items, revisions, delays receiving personalisation information or approval for printing may result in a longer lead time.
If you require a rush order (one that is processed faster than our usual processing times), please get in touch before ordering. We may be able to accommodate this at an additional charge.
Delays
Sometimes there may be a delay caused by events that are out of our control, and we cannot be held liable for this. However, we shall do our best to keep you updated with any information we have.
Refund Policy
As our products are personalised we are unable to accept returns or refund requests unless the error was our responsibility. In which case, we will rectify this for you by offering a re-print including shipping costs or a full refund.
Errors
Please make sure that all information is correct before sign off of each item. Once you have provided sign-off of each item, we are not liable for errors or amendments that have not been advised by you. Of course, if the error is on our part we will offer a re-print including shipping costs or a full refund.
Damages and Defects
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide you with a resolution.
Refunds
For refunds agreed by us where we have made an error, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 21 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@thecreativeweddingstudio.com.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours after the order has been placed by emailing us at hello@thecreativeweddingstudio.com. Please include your order number in the subject line. For orders cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed, a £35 administration fee will be charged. Your refund will be equal to your order total less the administration fee.
For orders cancelled after artwork has been created, a design fee of 50% of your order total will be charged. Your refund will be equal to your order total less the design fee.
Cancellations after sign off from you are not accepted.
If your cancellation is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 21 business days (please take note of the cancellation charges listed above). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Prices
Prices are subject to change at the discretion of The Creative Wedding Studio.
Designs
Designs are copyright of The Creative Wedding Studio. You, or a third party, cannot copy or reproduce designs in any part or way. Designs that feature small parts and decorations are not suitable for children. As the majority of our items are handmade, variations between each item may occur.
Ribbon
Slight colour/size variation may occur from ribbon to ribbon and there may be small imperfections in the weave.
Wood Products
As wood is a natural product, slight colour, size and pattern variation may occur and there may be small imperfections in these products.
Colours
Colour on screen will always look different to the printed version. If you have provided a colour swatch or code, every effort will be made to match it as closely as possible. Due to the printing process, colour variation can occur between different print runs and different printers. Therefore, colour may differ between your stationery and any proofs that you receive. Additionally, colour can vary between batches.
Card Stock & Materials
We make every effort to provide high-quality card stock and materials for all of our stationery. Refunds will not be issued if on receipt of your order, you do not like the card stock or material you selected. Please note that colour and weight can vary between different batches of card/paper stock and all card stock and material is subject to availability.
Supply of Information
To minimise amendment and the need for reproofing, the wording supplied for wedding stationery must be your final wording with correct content. This includes spelling, spacing, dates, timings and grammar. The information to complete on-the-day stationery orders must be supplied at least 6 weeks before your wedding (unless otherwise agreed). It is your responsibility to ensure this information is with The Creative Wedding Studio within this time line. Approval to print on-the-day stationery must be received by The Creative Wedding Studio no later than 5 weeks before your wedding (unless otherwise agreed). This allows time for production and delivery. Failure to do so risks you not receiving your stationery in time for your wedding and The Creative Wedding Studio will not be held responsible.
Proofs
Proofs are free and sent as a digital PDF via email. Prices include two rounds of changes (digital proofs) are included per item of stationery. Additional rounds of revisions are charged at 5.00€ per item of stationery. If on receipt of your second revision digital proof, you would like a complete redesign, a 25.00€ design fee will be charged. You are responsible for checking the proofs for all content, including layout, sizing, colour, dates, timings, spellings, spacing and grammar. The Creative Wedding Studio does not offer a proof reading service. If proofs are approved by you with errors and are subsequently printed, The Creative Wedding Studio takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, these will be charged for in full. On review of your proofs, if any changes are required, all changes must be listed clearly in an email to hello@thecreativeweddingstudio.com, with your name and wedding date in the subject bar. Of course, if the error is on our part we will offer a re-print including delivery costs or a full refund.
Lead time
Once your order has been confirmed, and the deposit payment has cleared, The Creative Wedding Studio will contact you or your wedding planner within 1 working day for all of your wording, colour and design details. Once we have received this information, a digital PDF proof of your personalised wedding stationery will be sent to you within 10 working days. Once you have approved your proofs, your stationery will be printed and/or made and a delivery date will be agreed.
