How To Order Your Stationery
1. WRITE YOUR GUEST LIST
As a starting point, we recommend that you write your guest list. This will give you a good idea as to how much stationery you will need to order. Quick tip: when ordering save the dates, invitations and thank you cards, you only need to send one per household or couple, not one per guest. We also recommend you order a few extra just in case...
2. KNOW WHAT YOU NEED
Decide what stationery you would like for before, during and after your wedding day. Are you sending Save The Dates & Thank You Cards? Consider whether you would like our Classic or Deluxe Edition stationery (see details below). Maybe you would like a special finish? Be sure to check out our paper options as well. 3. CHECKOUT
Once you have finalised your decision, add your products to the shopping cart and checkout. Once your order has been recieved we'll email you to request your personalisation and customisation choices. If you are interested in our specialist finishes: Foiling, Vellum Printing, Bespoke Shape Stationery or Embossing please contact us and we will provide you with a tailored quote.
4. SEND US YOUR DESIGN INSPIRATION
We start by getting to know your style and preferences. Share your design inspiration with us—whether it’s pictures, your Pinterest board, or ideas about your theme and colour palette. The more details you provide, the better we can capture the essence of your day.
5. DIGITAL PROOF
Sit back, relax and leave all of the design intricacies to us. Once we are done designing, we'll send you a digital proof of each item for your approval. All our products include two revisions.
6. PRINT & DELIVER
Rest assured that your stationery will be made and/or printed with care using the best materials available. We will arrange delivery of your stationery to your preferred address, wedding planner or venue (within the Costa Blanca area) - please check with your wedding planner or venue that they are happy to accept delivery prior to shipping.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
Please allow up to 6 weeks from order to deliverey. Most orders are completed quicker than this however, orders of multiple items, revisions, delays receiving personalisation information or approval for printing may result in a longer lead time. We know sometimes things don’t go to plan so we are sometimes able (workload allowing) to do rush orders, however please contact us prior to ordering. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee.
